AI at work, smart and safe

Check your workplace's rules first, keep confidential information out, and check every fact before you send.

Key points

What the video says

AI can save you real time at work, as long as you use it in a smart and safe way.

First, check your workplace's rules. Many companies have an approved AI tool they want you to use.

Never paste confidential company information, customer details, or passwords into a public AI tool.

Great uses are drafting emails, and summarizing long documents you're allowed to share.

It can also help you plan your week, or prepare for a meeting.

But you are responsible for what you send, so check the facts, the numbers, and the names.

And if your workplace expects it, say when AI helped.
